We had a great time staying at this centrally located apartment in Krakow's historic center. The spacious and modern apartment provided all the comfort we needed. The staff at the office were friendly and always ready to assist. Despite facing a small issue with the stove, the team's dedication to service was commendable. We also loved the fantastic choice of bars, shops, and restaurants surrounding the square. our stay at Small Market Square - Old Town was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. It made me feel like I had my own little home away from home. Being able to cook my own meals was a big plus for me as a guest with physical handicaps.
I personally didn't find the presence of a dishwasher very useful, but I can see how it might be helpful for other guests who prefer not to do their dishes by hand. It's just my personal preference.

The apartment at Small Market Square 4 was spacious, modern, and comfortable, providing great value for our money. The central location was perfect, surrounded by numerous bars, shops, and restaurants, making it a fantastic base to explore the incredible historic center of Krakow. The staff at the office were always helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even dedicating hours to fix a problem with the stove.
The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to have a wider breakfast selection.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. The location in the historic center was a major plus, as there were plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Being in the heart of the city made it easy to explore Krakow on foot and everything was within walking distance.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the process of getting the keys was a hassle, as we had to go to an office with limited opening hours and walk to the apartment with our luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff at the office were great and always helpful. They allowed us to stay several hours beyond our check-out time, which made our day much easier. The hotel's central location was beautiful and right in the middle of the city's incredible historic center. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. The dedication to service was commendable, as the staff went above and beyond to fix a problem with the cooktop.
